Every activity and interaction is designed with trauma sensitivity in mind. Our facilitators are trained to create safe, supportive environments that honor each person's healing journey.
Children's wellbeing is our top priority. Age-appropriate activities, constant supervision, and trauma-informed childcare ensure your children feel safe, seen, and supported.
What happens at the retreat stays at the retreat. We maintain strict confidentiality and create a judgment-free zone where you can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
Our retreat is rooted in Christian values of love, compassion, and healing. However, we welcome all faiths and never force participation in faith-based activities.
Your "no" is always respected. All activities are optional, and we encourage participants to honor their own limits and needs throughout the retreat.
Connect with other survivors who understand your journey. Build lasting friendships in a supportive community that celebrates your strength and resilience.

A full-day excursion to this unique sensory park offers playful experiences that challenge perceptions and create new, positive memories for the whole family.
Game days, beach time, creative arts, and themed dinners provide opportunities for families to bond, laugh, and build lasting connections with other participants.
While mothers participate in dance therapy, children engage in age-appropriate therapeutic play activities designed to support their healing journey.
