Safety & Our Core Values

Trauma-Informed Care

Every activity and interaction is designed with trauma sensitivity in mind. Our facilitators are trained to create safe, supportive environments that honor each person's healing journey.

Child-Centered Safety

Children's wellbeing is our top priority. Age-appropriate activities, constant supervision, and trauma-informed childcare ensure your children feel safe, seen, and supported.

Privacy & Confidentiality

What happens at the retreat stays at the retreat. We maintain strict confidentiality and create a judgment-free zone where you can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.

Faith-Centered, Not Forced

Our retreat is rooted in Christian values of love, compassion, and healing. However, we welcome all faiths and never force participation in faith-based activities.

Respect for Boundaries

Your "no" is always respected. All activities are optional, and we encourage participants to honor their own limits and needs throughout the retreat.

Community Support

Connect with other survivors who understand your journey. Build lasting friendships in a supportive community that celebrates your strength and resilience.
